Professional Insertion/Reinforced Rubber Sheet Manufacturer
Weprofab reinforced rubber sheets are manufactured into rolls, sleeves, or cut-to-size to meet your specific requirements. You can assure that it is compatible with hot water and steam.
Our insertion rubber sheets are excellent in UV resistance, and water resistance which makes it prolonged in aquatic environments.
Aside from that, rubber sheets are suitable to expose in chemicals such as alkalis and acids. Due to its versatility and great durability, it can handle high-compression loads.
As a trusted supplier, we offer you unlimited rubber sheets for general use.

General Applications
Weprofab insertion rubber sheets are suitable for the following applications:
- Flange gaskets on tanks and pipes
- Insulation, sealing, and protection of steel
- Dust seals and covers
- Variety of sealing applications
- Insulating strip
- Conveyor belts
- High strength diaphragms
- Weatherproof flashing
- Heat-resistant skirting rubber
- Heat resistance belt scrapers
- Underwater application and more.

We can produce reinforced rubber sheets from standard sizes. It has a width of 1.2m and a length of 10m for 10mm thickness. From 2.4m to 5m long it has a thickness of up to 50mm.
Mainly, we provide these sheets in black color. However, we can provide multiple colors depending on your needs.
The price of our rubber sheets will depend on the compound grades, dimensions, reinforcement, order quality, and other various factors. But, we assure to provide you with this at an affordable price.
Calculate the rubber-and-fabric roll from length × width × thickness × finished-sheet density. A published 1-ply NR/SBR grade has a 1.6 specific gravity, so a 1.4 m × 10 m × 3 mm insertion rubber sheet roll weighs approximately 67.2 kg: 1.4 × 10 × 0.003 × 1,600 = 67.2. Use the approved grade’s finished density and actual roll length before confirming freight.
State the nominal thickness and tolerance together; 3 mm sheet alone does not define an inspection limit. One commercial 1-ply grade publishes 3 mm ±0.3 mm, 10 mm ±1.0 mm and 25 mm ±1.75 mm, showing that the allowable variation increases with thickness. Put the agreed value on your PO and measure the incoming sheet by the named method before cutting gaskets or strips, rather than applying the 3 mm tolerance to every thickness.
Use an inter-ply adhesion test, not a visual check of the cut edge. ASTM D413 measures the force per unit width needed to separate rubber from its fabric substrate and allows the producer and purchaser to agree on a product-specific minimum after the construction is established. Put the approved D413 test setup and minimum separation force on your purchase specification, then require the batch report to repeat that same setup so another fabric construction cannot be substituted.
