How do you make the recycled sheets?

We use scrap vehicle tire rubber in production. This gives the sheet better durability, weathering qualities, and moisture resistance.

How much do you sell recycled rubber sheets?

Our prices are low as $1 per kilogram. We offer the best price in the market for distributors and wholesalers.

Flexible MOQs are also offered to small businesses.

Can recycled rubber sheets withstand tear and wear?

Yes. Our custom sheets do not tear easily. It is proven to resist extreme physical and elemental abrasions.

How can you verify the recycled content of a recycled rubber sheet?

Ask what the percentage includes and require a mass-balance statement for the finished compound. Published recycled-rubber products report specific values such as 85% or 89.69%, because non-recycled content may remain even when the rubber granules are fully recycled. Put the percentage on a total-sheet-weight basis so your sustainability report receives one traceable number instead of an undefined “100% recycled” claim.

How do you control lot-to-lot variation in a recycled rubber sheet?

Approve each lot against a measured property, not only against its recycled feedstock description. One published masticated-rubber specification shows tensile strength changing from 5.2 MPa with the grain to 3 MPa across it. Put the controlling direction and minimum tensile result on your purchase specification, then test every lot by the same ASTM method used for the approval sample.

Does low odor prove that a recycled rubber sheet is low-emitting?

No. Odor is a sensory observation, while emissions require a defined chamber or chemical test. A commercial recycled-rubber product, for example, reports a pass against a TVOC limit below 0.5 mg/m³ under CDPH/EHLB v1.2-2017. EPA and NTP studies show that results vary by source and sample. State the required emission standard so the actual production compound is tested instead of relying on “low odor.”
